managE your membership
We use an online scheduling system to manage our bookings and payments. Here are some tips that seem to make things go a little smoother for our members.
Create an account
Having an account isn’t required to book time at the studio, but it makes a few things easier. With an account, you can:
Manage your membership
See past and scheduled appointments
View and use your membership code
Cancel and reschedule appointments
Add appointments to your calendar
See your previous payments
Update your payment card on file
Use the “sign up” link at the top of the booking page to create your account.
Make sure our emails reach you
When you bought a membership, we emailed you a receipt. If you didn’t get it, please check your junk or spam folder. Or try searching for a message from hello@heathensmusiclab.com.
Your email service should have a way to mark the email as “not spam” or “safe” to ensure future emails land in your inbox.
Send us your questions
If you have questions about your membership, renewal, account, or payments, send us an email.
book lessons
If you have an essential or family membership, lessons are included every month.
Here are some things to know:
You can take lessons in guitar, drums, and piano — or try them all.
Lessons can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes, although we recommend younger students stick to the shorter sessions.
Lessons are by reservation only and need to be booked at least a day in advance.
Want to buddy up and learn with a friend? Talk to your teacher and we can figure out a plan for you and a friend to learn together (and maybe save some money).
We’re excited to learn more about your musical interests and support your growth as a musician!
To book lessons using your membership, use the code that was listed in your receipt email. You can also use the “check code balance” link at the bottom of the booking page to have your membership information emailed to you.
Need to reschedule? No problem. Just sign into your account to make changes to upcoming appointments. You can also find a link to reschedule in your booking confirmation email. Or, send us an email if you need to cancel.

join—or create—a group session
Collaboration and improvisation are some of the most fun parts of playing music. That’s why we’ve created group sessions.
In our group sessions you’ll meet and play with other musicians, pick up some new ideas and techniques, and get your creative juices flowing.
These sessions are for all skill and experience levels. We’ll be there to guide the group with jam ideas, musical prompts, and short discussions. Sessions are scheduled for two hours, but you’re welcome sign up, stop in when you can, and leave when you need to.
Check our booking page to see upcoming group sessions.
Want us to plan a session at a certain time or have an idea you’d like us to try? Drop us a line! We’ll be adjusting our sessions based on feedback from our members.
